Reservation Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the reservation’s total charges is required. The deposit can be made by Visa, MasterCard or e-transfer to info@saltyrose.com
Cancellation Policy
Should your plans change be sure to advise within the following time frames:
Daily reservations: 14 days notice of cancellation or forfeiture of total deposit. Cancellations prior to this time frame are subject to a fee of $10 per night booked.
Guests should note their arrival and departure dates carefully, if a guest arrives after the date specified, doesn’t arrive or departs before the final day of the reservation, they are responsible for the total number of nights reserved.
Bad weather, threat of snowstorms or hurricanes do not negate our cancellation policies. If concerned, please purchase Travel Insurance for this type of unforeseen event.
Self-Check-In
Due to COVID-19 protocols, you will skip checking in at the Office. We will send directions for you to go directly to the cottage. The cottage will be open, the key will be inside with your payment receipt for the cottage rental. Please call or email if you have questions or concerns. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to ask, we are usually readily available.
Use and Care of Cottage
I/We agree to leave the cottage and its contents as we found the. Please, no smoking in the cottages, on open decks only.
If we do not, we agree to pay for any extra cleaning or damages.
The cottages are located in a natural environment with variability of terrain with the possibility of changing weather conditions. It is the guests’ responsibility to be aware of their surroundings and to take the appropriate care when leaving the cottage and traversing the property.
